steam point shop missing/hidden items

hey everyone so i am trying to figure out this issue and see if anyone else had the same issue

so when i go to my steam point shop on my steam account im seeing this items missing/hidden from me from buying image link when im login to steam > https://ibb.co/dfB8z9R


and when im not login to steam this is what i should be getting every item image link > https://prnt.sc/1gy7dpj

its mainly missing from

game profiles

avatar

backgrounds /mini


i change my password nothing work

i restarted steam log out and re log in nothing work

i restarted my computer nothing work


the only way i can buy these items is to be log out of steam on google select a game profile i want to buy click purchase and then i have to login to steam and there i can get it

let me know what i can do thank you

You probably have have some mature content turned off in your account settings.

When I turn off "Nudity or Sexual Content", a number of items are removed from the points shop.

is the only thing hidden 'mature content'? i changed all my preferences and nothing is hidden, but ... would be nice to know which needs fiddling
