you can either maintain your existing home country, by using an existing payment method
or you can change your home country, but you'd have to use a new payment method from that new country to make that change
Just moving country wont change your store region. It will stay at the old locaction. So if you move from region A to B your store will stay at region A even if you are in B.
So you can just use it as before, same payment methods, same currency and so on.
But of course the prices will be those of region A too.
If you want to switch your store region you need to buy a game on the store and choose a payment method registered in region B. So you need a bank account, credit card, PayPal and so on registered to a address in region B.
Payment methods registered to your old region A will NOT work.
If you have such a payment method your store region will switch after buying the game and all remaining funds in your Steam Wallet will automatically convert into your new currency at the current exchange rate.
