From the privacy standpoint, certainly. Google is (next to Facebook) the biggest data vacuum there is and Brave was built around privacy.
In terms of displaying web sites, no difference whatsoever.

For me it is, I agree with ReBoot's statement and use it everyday instead of Chrome, no regrets, it works perfectly too.

No idea if you can export them between browsers. Likely specific to the browser. try using a password manager that way it won't matter what browser or even app you use.

I use Keepass, free and open source. Has both desktop (install or portable) along with offline and Online versions for both Android and IOS. Personally I use the portable for PC and the offline version for Mobile. Does mean I have to sync them myself if I update something but I'm not reliant on a server.

Fair enough. I would consider the password manager. Once you save the password in it you can not only search which is easier and faster than flicking through pages of passwords but you can also copy/paste them into sites but for most things you can use it's auto-type function to do it for you
