Country Problem
Hi
One of my friend gift me 1 game and he's from argentina
i cant play that game cuz "this item is restricted from your country"

Your story screams "fraud" to high heavens. Gifts bought through Steam throw the error message on the sender's end and Argentina has been the center of a busted fraud just a week or two ago. Looks like your friend bought a gift from some fence.

Have your friend send you a gift through Steam. If that doesn't work, have your friend send you a digital gift card.

He bought it from some shady fence, not from Steam.

If tried buying it on Steam for you Steam would have blocked it and told him he can't because it's restricted in your country or something similar.

He purchased it outside Steam.
