If you have already clicked on a link, it is best to secure your account immediately.
This means:
Activate 2-step authentication (either via email or phone), activate SteamGuard, get and store the rescue codes from Steam for your account, and keep those. They can be useful in case his account is hacked, and these codes can be used to log into his account and take ownership of the account. Those codes are for the account holder only and need to be obtained while the account is still being accessed - he won't be able to access them later.

Translate from slovak language.
I already have the steam guard enabled and I revoked the api key, and reauthorized every device that has my login, such as trusted sites...
Am I safe?
If you didn't "log in", there's no need to do anything

Obviously a scam, so you should remove the link from your post.

I clicked the link just to see what will happen and it took me to some user's trade offers page and if I try to check the user's profile it's says it blocked!

I hope you didn't enter any login credentials there.

Never click on fake links even out of curiosity.

Well thats strange. If you did not enter your login, how could they put an api key in your profile?
You are hiding something.
