Cant sell items on market

Last year, when my account was hacked after the successful return of the account, I could not sell anything on the market, and I have activated the steam guard and the authenticator.

how long ago was the last purchase from the steam store? you have to have a purchase that is more then 7 days old and less then 1 year in age.

if you cant use the market, a reason is given telling you exactly why you cannot use the market

yes but it was activated for me for almost a year and the other day I deactivated it and reactivated it to try to solve it

The message us about purchases, not Steam guard. Read what's there, not what you want to read.

To use the market you have to make at least one purchase every year. So add some wallet funds or buy a game and you'll be able to use the market in 7 days.

Then you need to add some, or just buy a game with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or whatever payment options are available for your country.

You just need to buy something from the Steam Store, any game or dlc. Any price like .49 cents or less will do, then wait 7 days.
