disable live streaming in steam

Hiya, how do I disable the live streaming on store pages etc.? Only asking as it's illegal for ME to view them in my country.

Do I need a TV licence to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney Plus?
No. With the exception of BBC iPlayer content, you only need a licence for watching or recording content as it is broadcast on TV. If you’re streaming on-demand movies or TV shows on Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, Netflix or YouTube (or any other online video service) you don't currently need a licence.

Seems kinda silly too to ask a license fee for them, and then not giving them a cut. Nor would the BBC/UK gov want to be sued by the likes of Google and Amazon for a cut if they do indeed start charging for them.

I imagine it's because it's a legal requirment / tax for UK citizens and how it's legally defined, companies can't really ask for a cut lest they get threatened with a ban for operating certain features, which would make em lose more money than they gain by ignoring it and leaving it to the individual consumer to sort it out.
