Banned games and traveling

Let's say I bought a game online and downloaded it to my laptop in country A and then I go to country B with my laptop with the game downloaded on it. In country B, the game I bought is prohibited. Will I be able to play in country B yes or no? If no can i use VPN to play it in country B?

Use of VPN can get your account alerted or locked. I accidently left a VPN on when steam was open and purchased a game and I had a red alert text box and had to contact support. I recommend not using a vpn while using steam.

Any way to avoid restrictions will have repercussion on your account.

ok but will i be able to play that game on my account that was created in country that game isn't banned?

There is no right reply you looklng for, do you want steam to break your law's
most company in the world will never do that. ( or face the consequence of it all steam will be banned at your country. )

and its not steam that tell you what you are allowed to play , its the Goverment that tell steam what is legit or moral or ethic , steam will sell sand in sahara or ice cube at greenland if they could, its a company that live by selling not restrictions, do note i did not included other games that might be offensive. this was reply as much respect for every country in the world, whatever that is.
