Getting charged 10euros randomly by STEAM PURCHASE

I been charged for 10 euros twice now when i check my bank it says that on 01.07.2021 at 6am there was a transaction of 10 euros but i don't recall purchesing anything at that time and wehn i chen my Steam purchase history theres nothing threre. I don't have any siblings or anything that could spend it. What can i do?

Was it really charged twice, or was it two holds (one from an unsuccessful purchase attempt) with one being "cashed in " and the other being dropped after a couple days?

Make sure you have no subscriptions going.

Thats the point i don't know if i was charged or is it a unsuccessful purchase attempt it says that i got charged 10 euros twice like a week apart but the steam purchase history is clear. perhaps im too young to use a credit card because non of this makes sense. :(

The concept of holds (which are different from charges but tend to turn into them) ain't got to do with age.

If you're sure (and if your bank is sure, apparently, not all banks make this clear either, there is even banks which issue chargebacks but don't know of them issuing chargebacks which would make me want switch to another bank) those are actual genuine charges, you have 2 options
1. Contact Steam support, there's a category "Charge from purchase I didn't make"
2. Contact your bank and inform them of CC fraud. That will get whomever used your CC on Steam in trouble with Valve, but that will also prevent you from using this CC on Steam as well

Thanks for the help, but i think its just a unsuccessful purchase attempt because at the end it says "SEATTLE" whatever that means and on the purchase that i made its says Hamburg a city so i think this was just an error mady by my dumbass.

"Seattle" certainly doesn't mean "unsuccessful purchase", Seattle is a city, just like Hamburg is.

Yep i am a dumbass duh Seattle :/ Is it possible that if the purches is rejected or not confirmed it rejets the purches in Seattle for whatever reason, but still then why does is say -10eur it doesn't make sense.

It may actually possible that someone from Seattle tries (and maybe even succeeds) at commiting CC fraud at your cost here. Or someone from wherever, but using a VPN.

Thats the point i contacted steam and we'll see because it says that it took away 10eur but i don't see the price change. But will see if someone is using my card then pray to lord i'll find him

My banks account money, and is there any way to see all the transfers that happened on steam because those 2 transactions don't show on the purchase history, why's that?

why would it show on YOUR steam account if someone else is using your card for purchases? right it doesn't.

I am not familiar with credit card purchases but are you sure it is actually steam/valve charging? can't just anyone type in STEAM PURCHASE into the text? especially with scammers

If you have transactions in your bank which isn't from your Steam account
