Game Collector "Games Owned" not counting all my games bought
I just bought 153 games from the steam store (game collector don't judge me) and it only updated to add 85 games. It has been doing this for the last few weeks. Is there a problem with the counting system? Do I need to contact customer service to get this resolved?

If a game is still in a learning phase then it wont count towards your total yet.

You may have bought games where "Steam is learning about this game" or "Profile features limited".

While this wouldn't apply to newly purchased games, I think that if a game gets banned from Steam it no longer counts towards your "Games Owned" totals. If the publisher pulls a game from the store it should still count.

Then how will they ever sell enough to leave the confidence metrics?

I've bought games that eventually left its "Learning Phase". But people like you that won't take that chance are the reason why some games may never get to that point.

You should buy games because you think they will be fun to play, not to boost your game, achievement, or badge count.

Everyone is different. There are some that only buy games that they like and there are some who buy games to up their game count (game collectors). We are just different in that way.
