CSGO ARE STILL ON 10-40FPS WITH THESE SPEC OF LAPTOP

I'm hoping to get 60fps during casual game, but it still running such a low fps of 10 to 40 fps
In the csgo menu can run until 100+ fps

Window 10 Pro 64-bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210M CPU@2.60GHz (4CPUs)
DirectX 12
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
RAM: 12288 (4+8GB) DDR3L 1600MHz
1 Drive (C:) installed with 186GB free of 453GB

In-game settings
800x600 resolution
Graphic all at low spec

Any pro can give some advice?
*Recently I just upgrade my RAM from 4GB to 12GB

Your CPU should be good enough but you need much more than intel integrated graphics to get 40-60

have you even DL Intel GPU driver from intel support site ?
dont suspect windows know better then intel tell them.

The CSGO menu is basically a static background even if there are some moving hence parts why the fps will never match in-game performance.

Here is a video showing how to increase fps but your personal situation may vary and those particular settings may not work.

i had already checked and updated my graphic driver. What can i do, laptop can't upgrade graphic card. :D
