Old steam name still popping up in games

I changed my profile name a few days ago for safety reasons, but whenever I open pummel party or similar games, my old name still pops up. Also, to make it clear, my old profile name is different from the account name or whatever that's called. Is there a reason it hasn't changed to EtriusRaven yet?

It seems pummel party saves your default nickname. These threads might help
