You will be granted access to Steam Web API keys when you have games in your Steam account.

If you don't know what something is or how it works then don't do it. If a stranger asked you to give them copies of your front door key to them, would you do it?
Then do as it says. Buy some games. Why should you get benefits of a system when freeloading?

1 frist time i created my API key was to see the people that got banned in my games then i removed them untill i found out that an browser expetion was genereting them without my consent and I am dubious even if I have installed it myself
