It wasn't "banned" or anything - it was a browser Flash game.
You've probably already heard that Flash is dead now, but the developer remade the game in HTML5.

its not ban but i want to play the downloaded version that everyone plays i know i sound greedy but the browser is a little worse than the original downloaded one

There is no downloadable version, the game is only browser based. For more info on this check out the FAQ in the games discord. You can join the discord by going into their website and going to the news section.

That was the flash version. As has been said already, Flash was discontinued.
