In your case, as you bascially want an "infinite" number of games on one output, and just a single application on the other, I'd look at the netflix settings to see if they have a setting for the audio output. If that's the case, tell Windows to use the output that you want to use for the games as the default. and tell netflix to use whatever the other output is.
Settings>System>Sound>App Volume device preferences
You can control individual app sound output from there.
And as far as I can tell netflix does not have that option.
Like a NUC (cheap small box-computer). Or even a Raspberry (if you stream in 4k get the raspberry 4) - Demands some setup knowledge though.
I fear you 2 will not get happy with the one computer setup.
It also very much depends on what soundcard/chip you have on your system.
Some just don't have the options to make it work.
In my case for instance, the 2nd oudio-jack (backside) is muted when i plug in a headphone.
On my previous system there was an option in the drivers to disable that, but in this system NOT.
So, there are so much querks you will run into, its just better to make seperate systems.
Also, i think there are nice TV's out there with built in Streaming functionalitly.
Thats the more expensive solution though.
Thank you all for the help.
