Steam Cloud
So i was playing rocket league on my old computer when the motherboard burned through(dont ask me how it happened(was a laptop btw)) and now whenever i try to start rocket league it gives a message saying: Steam was unable to sync your files for Rocket League with the Steam Cloud (If you have launched this application from another computer, tour application settings and/or progress may not be in sync with what is stored in the cloud if you launch the application now, you may lose those changes or progres.

then it gives the option: play game and then it says i am playing rocket league on steam but it isnt starting up. after this has happened it just resumes the normal things like nothing ever happened
