!! Can't confirm anything on Steam Mobile app !!
I wanted to sell some items and trade them, but i can't because it shows me message: "In order to list this item on the Community Market, you must verify the listing in your Steam Mobile app. You can verify it by launching the app and navigating to the Confirmations page from the menu.", ye but when i open a Steam Mobile app and navigate to page i got another message: "You can't receive confirmations on this device. You can only receive confirmations on the device with your Steam Mobile Authenticator. If you want to receive confirmations on this device, please remove your authenticator from current device and add it back on this one.", but funny fact that my CURRENT DEVICE is THAT DEVICE and if i will remove steam guard and set it back I wont be able to trade for 15 days.. Any idea what to do or this is bug from steam side?

I think the only way to solve is either by contacting Steam Support: https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata

or,

Resetting your 2FA - although as you mentioned, that will result in the 15 day trade-hold. You're better off submitting a ticket as they will reply faster in comparison to having wait for 15 days.

There two Steam apps, the Steam mobile authenticator which used for login and confirmation, and other Steam app is the chat.

If you used multiple accounts, that might be something to note about.

Ensure you have your recovery code written down just in case. Also ensure device has the correct time as well. Do force stop/close application then relaunch the app. On Android hold down on the app, then click settings then force stop. Not sure for iOS.

If want to try clearing the cache of app, then relog on the device,
