Steam and steam games is now taking a little while to open (FIXED)
When I double click on steam or on a steam game, It takes a little while to open. This could be a server issue, a bug, or an update broke something.

I have just restarted my PC and now it works normal

I dont know? But i do not know how to find that?
Ok now I know what does HDD mean, Its a hard disc space and I do believe my hard drive is effecting it because I'm almost out of space. Soon I will get another hard drive that will be like an 8 terrorbyte ram.

2 things that could help
run a windows disc cleanup.
And in steam delete the web cache
