[ Solved ] Can't upload screenshots
Update 2 (Solution): Update: I got this reply from Steam support today:

" Hi there,

I apologize for our previous response, We misunderstood your issue.

After a bit more investigation, it looks like you have reached the limit of how many screenshots you can post. To upload more photos, please delete older screenshots.

If you have an unrelated issue please reply here and I'll be happy to help.

Cheers,
Lucio "

Everything is working now. At the time I had 25006 (yeah thats right) screenshots. So, eventhough I still had a lot of space in the cloud it wouldnt let me upload because I reached my limit.

If youre having this problem try to delete a older screenshot and hopefully youll be able to start sharing again.

Update 1: So, something weird happened.
I went to my wife's computer and uploaded one of her screenshots without a problem.
I logged on my account (on her PC), downloaded and opened a game there (not though remote play), took a screenshot and tried to upload it the same error message showed up.
This makes me think its a problem on Steam's end and not mine... I'll keep the post updated since I reported this in the same ticket thread as mentioned above and am now waiting for a response.

Earlier this week I started not being able to upload screenshots to Steam, I always get a message saying that the cloud can't be reached ( image [i.imgur.com]). I tried reinstalling Steam, rebooting my router, tried uploading different screenshots from the same and different games, opted out and in from the Steam Beta and I still have more than enough space to upload screenshots to the cloud ( image [i.imgur.com]) .
I placed a ticket but the response I got wasn't very helpful it reads as follows:

"Hi there, thanks for reaching out to Steam Support.

It sounds like you’re having network problems.

Network problems can be caused by a variety of things, so please go through our
Troubleshooting Network Connectivity article for probable fixes even if it seems like your network is functioning correctly.

We also recommend visiting our
Required Ports for Steam article to ensure the required ports for Steam are open. Additionally, our diagnosing and reporting network problems article has information that will help you self-solve different network problems you may be experiencing.

Steam Support is not really the best source for help with in-depth network troubleshooting. Many issues require someone to actually look at your machine or test your network and internet connection under a variety of circumstances, both of which we can't do here.

If you can’t solve the problem with the information in the above articles, the best way to proceed is to try to determine if the problem is with your computer or network, and then talk to a local computer diagnosis/repair shop or your internet service provider respectively.

Best Regards,
Maxim "

I thought this could have been some Steam service that was disabled when I contacted Rockstar's support team and was trying to make Red Dead Redemption 2 work on my PC (that game was ported by monkeys) but it couldn't have been that because I was able to upload screenshots of the game for weeks after troubleshooting with their support.
I'm also using the 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 DNS on the router for about a year now so I don't think it should be that.
I haven't reset my router yet but that would be the next thing I'd try.
Hope someone can help me, I've tried checking Reddit and youtube but there's nothing about this.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
