Download speed capped at 15mb/s

hello,
it's been a while that i have a trouble related to the download speed of steam, until a few days ago I was downloading even at 100 mb / s (i have 1 Gbps ), now it freezes at 15 without having changed anything on my pc or modem/router ... what can I do? i reset all my devices and formatted the computer but nothing changed

try changing your steam download server, to switzerland, for example.
or just something else that's nearby your location.

steam > settings > downloads > download region

Thanks for the answere but, i already tried to change the download server a few times but it still download at 15 (i live in ITA, so i tryed Milan, Rome, London and Berlin), can be maybe because i requested a public ip to my ISP? o maybe some portmapping?

I have exactly the problem and posted about this earlier. United Arab Emirates was giving me good speeds on the weekend but now it's at a snails pace. No problem with any other game launcher servers.

I just tried, and if i use switzerland i get nearly the full speed, so maybe it has something to do with your isp or provider or something.

Guys i found the solution: steam has a kind of problem with ipv6, i just disabled it and now the download is at full speed :D
