People reporting they can't buy Silverfall game.
On the Silverfall discussions page there are now 4 people who have reported that they cannot buy the game. It is currently on sale. They try to buy it, but it doesn't show up in their cart. One person has asked for help from Steam Support, but the suggestions they got didn't work. Anyone here know what they can do?

Also, I noticed a price discrepancy on the store page for the package deal for the game. Both Silverfall, and Silverfall: Earth Awakening are on sale for $1.99 each, but the package deal total says they will pay $14.99. I don't know if that might be related to the above issue.

That's on the dev/pub to correct. They can choose to discount the bundle or not. The bundle doesn't automatically add up the prices of the individual titles.

It would help to know what the suggestions are.

"I did talk to steam support, they asked if i could provide any screenshots of the issue and asked if i'm using any sort of VPN, last thing they told me to do was to delete the web browser cache in settings but that didn't work either."

As for your added comment, yes, I can also add them to my cart with no problems. That is why I'm wondering why 4 other people in the last 2 or 3 days are saying they can't get it to go in their cart.

Not to sound rude, but, it sounds like a them problem then. If it's working for you and me then they should be able to with no issue.

The point is, what could be wrong on their end that would cause this issue? I've been following the Discussions pages of 10 - 12 games on a daily basis for some years now, and have not encountered this issue on any of them before. To have 4 unrelated people in a row, over the course of just a few days, with this same issue seems a bit odd.

I should also add that the person making the original post about this issue has successfully purchased a different game yesterday.

Uhm...if you check their profiles - they all seem to be from the UK.

Edit: I checked and I can add it just fine.

Yes, I just left them a comment that it might be an issue having to do with the country they live in.

Anyway, they have to bring it up with Support.

It's odd they can't add it at all; it's like its region blocking the game - which might be why Support wanted to know if anyone was using a VPN. Most likely it's a database issue that can be solved once someone points Support in the right direction.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions guys. I've told them all to contact support and tell them what country they are in and maybe they'll get some better results if Steam sees that multiple people are reporting the same issue from the same area of the globe.

Update: Just checked and now I'm having the same or a similar issue as well. When I add it the cart just comes up blank - no error.

Edit: And now it's working again. It's pretty weird. But the Complete Edition is still cannot be added to the cart or rather the cart is just empty.

Netherlands here and I can add all of them to the cart (separately and the complete edition). Sounds like a weird glitch/bug indeed.

Well, now it's not on sale anymore, so I'm still wondering if it has something to do with the sale prices. Maybe they were fiddling back and forth with that stuff and it was causing a lot of glitches. If so, it's their fault if they lost some customers.
