What is this and how do you fix it?

Why does this error appear I seen it on mobile and on pc.

It's working now or I wouldn't be able to post this. But why does it occur.

So steam had a hiccup then lol so is it on my end or steam then?
You got this error message from Steam. Had it been on your end, you'd gotten an error message from your browser.

You got this error message from Steam. Had it been on your end, you'd gotten an error message from your browser.

Server issues. Busy with other stuff and couldn't complete the task in time. Try again can fix it. Sometimes you have to wait awhile before trying again.

Happens more frequently during maintenance and Sale events
