The game files didn't move anywhere. Steam's not responsible for Logitech's software. I doubt the update did anything perverse to your setup.

Idiots @ logitech say have to manually add my steam games. well thatd be nice IF YOU COULD. When manually try to add steam game, IT DOESNT SAVE. GHUB IS A POS.

Afaik it's been like this since the release of the new Logitech driver/LGHub and they have not fixed it since. Logitech are really being idiots about this.

After finding this thread I followed the link to Logitech and added that I too have this issue.
The response was the standard answer to all issues, namely:

"1. Uninstall G HUB
2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
9. Reboot the PC
10. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

Try to add the games manually. "

Obviously this does not work, as the issue would appear to be the way the latest version of G HUB interacts with the path to the game, and is easily repeatable, i.e.

1.Open Steam account and select the game. (The profile swaps to the game profile).
2.Click on the play option for the game [launcher.exe]. (The profile swaps to default desktop).
3. A variation would be to go to G HUB once the game is open, manually select the game profile. (The profile swaps to game profile).
3a. Click on the game icon to return to the game (The profile swaps to default desktop).

Just out of possible interest and as a very limited work around, I have found that the desktop default works fine with reprogramed key binds, etc.

Fix here
https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4408225204375-GHUB-stopped-working-on-Steam-Games

For those who are having an issue I found a somewhat okay work around to the problem.

I opened Task Manager while the game is running.
Right clicked on the game in process and selected properties.
From there I took the path from the Location field and used the executable in that path to add the App/Game into G-Hub.
For my case this is for Hell Let Loose and I was able to save the Game profile and G-Hub is switching to the game and applying my settings accordingly.

Thank you and I hope this helps

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
