can i switch to new zealand through VPN to download the game or can i get banned ?

Using a VPN to change you location and access games you are not allowed to is not allowed

Wait less than a day dude.

I'd frankly be very cautious about buying it right now anyways after what a broken mess last years game was on PC(and was never fixed).

no it's against the rules and you will be suspended!
per above post, best to wait because well if you want to buy it, you can but i advise well read the reviews or any videos really because buggy games can become unstable on what's given
