Custom avatar frame / (mini) profile

Is there any way to create our own custom profile/mini profile/avatar frame?
Is there any way to publish them in the point shop? In that case, any way to get paid for said work?

I don't know if it's help or suggestion, frankly... So, I'm posting here before going there.

No, there is no way currently.
Only way to get them is by buying them on the Points Shop and only developers who have their games on Steam can produce them and put them on there.
