Stuck on a 0 Bites Download, "The Isle"

I tried googling this and it seems to be an issue with different games, so I'm unsure of a solution to it. I recently got a new computer and installed The Isle on it and while I'm able to play it without problem the file in the image below is stuck in my Downloads window. I figure this is a Steam-Related bug rather than The Isle itself given it's happened to several different games.

Way back in early development of The Isle there were a few servers with a modified progression system. I doubt this is related to anything from back then as my subscriptions folder only has a few Space Engineer mods installed. I'm not sure how such an ancient thing could be in effect on my new computer, but I figure it's worth noting.

Clicking the arrow doesn’t do anything. It changes for a split second to the X, so I know I’m able to click it, but then it goes back to an arrow. It’s not preventing me from playing the game like a normal update would, so I’m guessing it may be a visual bug that restarting my computer can’t remove.

You simple dont read other post enough , its same issue over a year

Antivirus blocking it
not enouh free room ( 250gb ) if 50gb dl 1 to 5 ratio

in soma rare case you need to wipe previous dl folder with the content , clear dl cache and then validate game cache or reinstall

this is to remove old local cache and get newest from server
