How to import game?

I have more than 100 hours played in my steam account but on my bf's computer. One day I played as usual but with his steam account open and the progress of those days was saved in his account and not in mine. When I start the game with my account I am where I left it weeks ago but in my bf's account I am where I left it yesterday. Can I import that game to my account?

Locate the save location for whatever game that is. do note some game use a file then you move to own location can overwrite it. do rename it to .bak or other things before overwrite it.

Depending on the game itself if it's only local storage or cloud aswell.

Some games only support local - so you need to move it physically on your own. (Copy/backup)
