Streamers promote skin gambling

Streamers out here promoting item gambling off steam yet my account just got banned for gambling but every rust youtube video has a sponsor for a rust gambling website some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as to why i just lost $500 worth of skins that i paid for and gambled maybe $10 of ♥♥♥♥ skins

Using such sites is always at your own risk and outside of steam's control.

Unless such advertising is against a sites rules you would probably be better off watching other videos if it bothers you.

So just one question i have if it can get around was i truly VAC banned or could someone sending a false link to my account and stole my skins? because i guy messaged me and he apparently got the same message but his profile pic and name never changed

Do all of the steps. ASAP!

Do not trade

Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change passwords from a clean computer
Generate new backup codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Stop using shady third party trade sites or clicking suspicious links.

Edit: You do not have a vac ban it is part of the scam

All third party skin gambling sites are scams, Also advertising is not allowed on steam. So please change it before support does. You can get a name change restriction if reported.

No naming and shaming just report all accounts involved.

They should only see something like this
