how to share screen of game, with little to no latency to a friend couple miles away

as title says, im not sure how to do that, besides using twitch, or using discord nitro (which i dont got or willing to use)

so what is the best option here to do it?

You'd need streaming software that permitted streaming to say you tube. You can stream to you tube using Action! (available on steam - been using it for years). Set the stream to private so only those you provide the youtube link to can watch. I've never done it but I doubt there's much lag - at least not the huge amount that is there using Steam's broadcast feature.

I am sure there are a plethora of software available that will do what I described above - even some free ones. For example: If you have an nvidia GPU I know that it has a live action capture feature that comes with the driver package and may allow you to stream to you tube. should be easy to find with a quick duckduckgo or google search.
