My Friend's Account Got Hacked And We Have No Idea How To Contact Steam
Today my friend's account got hacked, according to them even the phone number and email and etc. was changed. Changing the password and requesting other things like that isn't helping, and from my POV when I visit their account, all that shows up is their name and icon, unlike anyone else's where you can see everything.

I suggested they contact Steam Support, but I literally cannot find a way to contact Steam on a different device where I am logged out. Everytime I go to the help page, it just says to change the password, which they've tried but their account is probably locked as a security measure I'd assume?

Does Steam Support have an actual email that you can contact while being logged out? They have proof of ownership and everything. I just don't know neither of us can figure out how to get in touch with Steam Support while being logged out. Or maybe I'm just really dumb I'm not sure lol. Any help would be appreciated, they just want their games back lmao. I'd really like to help them out. Thank you! <3
