BF:V Product Code
After installing on steam and clicking play it opens origin to enter a product code. I go back to steam to find the product code right clicking on the game and trying to find the code and there's no option to view CD keys. I've verified game files and reinstalled. After hitting play some people say there's another steam menu that should open up and shows the CD key but when I hit play nothing happens and it goes straight to origin.

If anyone can tell me where I can find the CD key that would be great otherwise I will just refund :steamsalty: .

One thread in the correct forum is enough. EA does not distribute product keys.

You shouldn't need a CD Key. Steam closed the "loophole" which allowed people to redeem Steam games on Origin which is why you're not seeing a key.

Contact Origin support if you're having a problem.

Edit: Also, the only Origin game, that I know of, that still requires a key is Spore, but that's a totally separate issue that is linked to its mind-numbingly stupid networking.

Someone replied saying I'd get better help here. If they dont ask for product codes why am I being prompt to enter one.

They were wrong.
Ask EA on why their client asks for a product key. Nothing to do with Steam.

Ask Origin Support. If the product isn't activated properly in their system, they should be able to fix it.

This isn't a Steam issue.
