Bought Madden 22 After downloading free trial through Ea Play Still in Trial Mode

I firstly downloaded the 10 hour trial version of madden 22 then decided to buy the MVP edition of the game however when I load the game up it still says I am in the trial version of the game and I can’t access my full MVP version any ideas how to resolve?

I have submitted a help request so hopefully can be resolved, has anyone else had this problem and has I been resolved and how?

Remove the free license if there is one listed for NFL 22.

Not sure if it helps when Origin refuses to acknowledge the full version and says the trial ended.

It doesnt give me option to remove the license for the free trial, so am i stuck on the free trial, how can i access the full game which i have already paid for?

My free trial has finished and now i am locked out of the game, everytime i try to load the game up it says i need to buy the full game but i already have, please someone i really just want to play the game i have paid for
