Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy stops downloading and freezes
Hi, I have a problem with downloading the game. It is nearing its completion and even if it still downloads, it stops and I have to resume it manually. I wonder what causes this problem?

Maybe I have a another game that requires a update, since that game is in que update.

Does anyone had similar problem? Spyro works fine, though.

Is disk activity still running when the download stops? If it is let is process as downloading and disk activity can be active at the same time or be independent of each other.

Hi, sorry for late reply. Is the disk activity located in Disk manager or whatever it is called? Because I don't know where I can find the process of downloading and the disk activity be independent of each other.

It is located on the downloads page.

On the non beta client it is:

Blue vertical lines > downloading - Green horizontal line > disk activity.

Note: The current client (non beta) may have the new downloads page.

I am on the beta client so if a download is happening i will post a screenshot.

I checked the downloads section as you mentioned and when I click play there is a error, but I can't post a screenshot here. Does it work to post a screenshot here?

I checked online and the actual game forum and cannot find anything related to corrupt disk regarding the actual game, which leads me to believe you either do not have enough disk space to download and install the game, your antivirus maybe interfering with the install or there are issues with your hdd which i am assuming you are installing the game to.

Ok. Well, my Steam folder is located in the D: drive (SSD) and not C (HDD). I'll check if the antivirus is interferring with the install.

Yes! Now it is fixed. I had to repair the library folder and it helped to fix that problem after I saw a YouTube video that a friend gave me.
