I cant because I get into this account. Dude wasnt on this acc for 5 years. Now my question is If I add funds from my paypal or credit card would I be able to change email and phone number? To be clear now can I change email or phone number if I add funds now on this account which is stolen, but owner wasnt on this account 5 years from now. Dude just look at my inventory. Please help me because Idk if its worth now to add money to this acc and would i be able then changing email and phone number.

did you create the account? if not, you should not be accessing it.

make your own account. what you are doing is a violation of the SSA and can result in all related accounts being LOCKED or TERMINATED

the person that created the account is the OWNER, and you cannot transfer ownership of an account without Steam Supports help, and they do not transfer nor recognize the transfer of ownership of an account. as far as Steam is concerned, you are one of the account hijackers/scammers, nothing more.

No. This is not your account. You didn't create it. You don't own anything in it.

what is not clear? YOU DIDNT CREATE THE ACCOUNT, you can never be the account owner because of that.

Yeah ok. But I heard from some people If I add funds now but from my paypal that I would be able to change email or phone number then. I understand all this dude. But 1200 dollars inventory... I was thinking giving you guys some of this but nobody want to help. How is not possible to proof ownership If i buy something with my card now?

its very simple, the person that created the account is the owner of the account. does not matter who paid for what on the account. you are on a STOLEN account, why would you expect others to help you.
