Why are there no "recent reviews" for a game?

For some games there are two user review views: alltime and recent.

E.g. for Company of Heros 2 there's alltime "mostly positiv" and recently "very positiv".

Why is there no recent reviews for e.g. Hegemony 3: Clash of the Ancients?

Those are the 2 most recent.

there is one, but the "recent reviews" only shows reviews made the past 2 weeks or something.
which means people that buys it, aren't really writing reviews.

Because no-one wrote a review recently.

Oh, I don't mean the review per se. There are at the bottom of the steam page. I mean the "rating" in the top of the page, above the tags for the game, where they count the users that have recommended and those that have not recommended the game and then assign this kind of "review rating" like "positve", "negative", etc.

There haven't been significant number of recent reviews to trigger that calculation for that particular game.

If anyone is interested, I figured out, that there need to be at least 10 recent indivicual user ratings to trigger the calculation for the recent aggregate rating.
