my friend can’t login to steam ( mobile / pc ) after he delete steam apps on his phone and install it again.... steam asked for steam guard codes but when he check his phone there’s no codes like all of us see...he must login to steam again after he delete the app on his phone..same with pc he being asked for the steam guard code from his mobile authenticator...but in his steam mobile he need to login and also need the steam guard code to login....and where’s the code...he didn’t have any recovery code...

your friend needs to log into the phone app and complete the activation through the instructions on the phone.

once that is completed, your friend should then start getting auth codes on the app.
