I'M TRYING TO CHANGE MY EMAIL BECAUSE I LOST HIS PASSWORD AND GOOGLE CANNOT RECOVER TB. I DO ALL THE STEAM STEAM, ASK TO INFORM THE CREDIT CARD DATA USED IN THE LAST PURCHASE, I DO THIS AND STEAM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE CARD, BEING Q UNTIL THE PRINT OF THE PURCHASE I HAVE. I FOLLOW FOR SUPPORT AS STEAM INDICATES, I DO STEP BY STEP AND BY CLICKING TO SEND, I HAVE TO CONTACT STEAM SUPPORT !!!! OR I CANNOT HELP TO SOLVE IN ANY CORNER. I CANNOT CREATE A NEW STEAM ACCOUNT IF I DO NOT LOSE THE Q I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT AND I CANNOT USE WHAT I HAVE ALREADY PQ ASK FOR THE CODE THAT SENT TO EMAIL Q I LOST THE PASSWORD. AND NOW????

I assume this is about the Proof of Ownership.

Check that the card number you sent to support is actually the one used to buy the game. Maybe you got two cards confused? Happens sometimes. If steam doesn't recognise the number then that simply wasn't the one you used.

Have you used pay pal or some other service in the past to purchase a game or maybe a steam card? Support will also accept those as proof.
