^^ pretty much this. If you'd bought it from Steam in the first place, yeah you might have paid slightly more, but you would be assured that it's in your region.
I never bought a ROW region game before and I am unable to activate it, How can I activate it?, some tips would be great.
Also I am gonna get a refund if I am unable to activate it. I looks like it is a correct key but will not activate for some reason.
Some help would be great.
They lied. You can't.
If you paid a store online or in a physical place with a credit card, you should do a chargeback because they won't give you that money voluntarily.
Steam had nothing to do with your off-steam purchase. It has nothing to give you now.
It's like you're aware I posted something. But as to the actual meaning, you haven't a clue.
There's not really a mystery here. You bought a game from a sketchy source that you're not eligible to activate. You see about a refund, but when dealing with sketchy grey market sites, I'm not holding my breath. If my pessimism is right, your "tip" would be stop trying to buy cheap games from sketchy grey market sites.
There's really not much to it.
From the site? ... good luck. Hopefully they will honor it, but it's not Steam's problem, so make sure you don't try and get one from here for it...
