Unarc.dll error code

Whenever i try to download something in a setup in always gives me an error code. unarc.dll

Specs:RTX 2060 Ryzen 5 3600 16gb ram
I always get errors in setups cracked or not it always gives me the same error "unarc.dll"

First: Try verifying the game files.

Then: Try downloading an archive program like 7-zip (7-zip.org). Reboot the computer. Note: Laptop? Closing the lid does not restart it. Power it off by holding the power button in or selecting the power options > restart in the start menu of windows.

Download and replace it. I do not have that file on my system (Win10) so it's not a default windows system file. At best where to place it, and where the original should but might not be is in C:\Windows\System32 so put the downloaded on in that folder.

You can attempt a virus and malware scan. I'm not confident that will help;
Reinstall the operating system.

It's not a default windows 10 or 7-zip file. It's not on my system. I even did a registry search, it's not a default system file so it's either game or software specific. The only thing registry search came up with were 2 keys for Date/Time settings, not an archive utility.

First don't run cracked setups. Save for the moral implications (which you seem not to care about), those may, in fact very well contain malware.
Second, there's some crap on your system that's causing this. Search for that file. Where do you have it?

okay let's bend this in NEON , what part of never seen this before , require a comment , this link once or might have a part of a solution if something is added to his system. so no other can see it. keep remind free world goes both ways.
and what if as acticle point out a diffrent issue was also possible. and you did point out that but deny if it was load through OS , and that mean game devs issue only, and yes you can be right in that. but that will not fix crap added to system already.
