enabling steam ps4 controller setup cause Uplay games to experience double inputs
This is really annoying. Ubisoft games that are bought are Steam suffer from double inputs when I enable ps4 setup on steam. But if I disable this setting, many Steam games won't detect the ps4 controller. I don't want to have to enable and disable all the time when switching games. Is there a setting where I can avoid the double input from steam and uplay?

You can enable or disable it on a per-game basis. That should help greatly.
oh really? Yeah that would be amazing! Can you tell me where I can set this?
Game properties in Steam.
