PS5 (Dual Sense) controller - Middle button (touch pad) not bound?

I'm using a new PS5 controller with steam, and have had quite a bit of success with it thus far in Horizon Zero Dawn, but it would seem I cannot open any crafting/inventory/map menus because the central touch pad button isn't registering in steam (using DS4 config at this time). I don't really see this in the options either, is there a way to get this button working?

You'll probably have to wait until it is fully supported by Steam.

Although it's already been mentioned, you'll need to wait until Steam supports the controller if it's not working correctly, see list of controllers supported:
