I am thinking to buy gold edition rather than standard if gold edition also includes all the DLC's like "the underground".

No, the Gold Edition has the Season Pass which includes all available expansions.

ask the same question in the forum of the game to find better answers. This place is for questions about the steam client, the store, and maybe valve related stuff.

Sometimes people here may not be very helpful giving good answers about that, but if you ask about a game dlc, you are more unlikely to find the answer you seek in a game forum.
