steam messages wont work after preinstalling Apex Legends

when i open steam i wont revive messages (i revive them as a green "non read" notification on top right)
and steam windows on the bottom windows tab is yellow (just like the message window when you get a new message)
any help ?
(i tried to restart steam and the PC, no result)

so it should work tomorrow (when the game will be out)?
i mean is this a common bug when preinstalling stuff ?

It has nothing to do with the pre-install. That was just coincidence.

It is a server issue you will have to wait out.
