And how can I solve it ?
I cannot loss my account

And I am Send to Steam support and did not reply me i am wait for 5 days pleas any one can help

Is your ticket still open?

If yes, then wait for a reply.

All you can do is await Support's response. It sounds like the account is locked. Are you the original owner?

Original owner? As in, are you the person who created it?

If someone else made the account and the sold/traded/gifted it to you, then they would have the ability to initiate the Account Recovery process which does cause the message you're seeing.
