Not getting any card drops

Last night, i bought 3 games. I have no issues with two of them but one of them (Danganronpa V3) doesnt show up in my profile list of games, and i also cannot get any card drops from the game, which is weird to me, i never had this happen before... Any ideas on what to do about this?

Im a bit worried, and i've tried looking for answers but i haven't had any luck yet.

Your games are private, so we can't even see the public information about your games. However, Danganronpa has a demo... are you sure you were playing the game, and not the demo?

Also, how much playtime?

Whoops, sorry, made it public now.

Im sure i was playing the game, though, that's not my issue. I know that you need to have minimum 2 hrs of playtime to get cards, but it says that "i don't have any cards left to get" (rough translation to english) which doesn't make sense to me... The other 2 danganronpa games i bought both said that i had ex. 3 cards left to get, but this one doesnt...

do note steam overlay has to work, well thats is seen on some games and its achivement , im sure card drops could be part of that. (so offline and overlay could be part of the issue.

dont know much about demo, but why will a card drop in a demo anyway , you never bought it.

I checked it out, and overlay works, but i dont think that may be the problem...

dont bother no card drop , dont waste your time with demos, seen plenty of things turn off by devs , and i bet other demo tester can tell you things can be very narrow down by game devs.


goto badge section and see what game has card drop and not.

it do say no more drop in that game, let game devs look at tr, or things can be correct later , even i have seen things drop out of the blue.

The game isn't showing up in your gamelist.

You bought the bundle with the 3 games?

Go to the support pages, scroll down for the searchbar and search the game. Click it, then click "it's not in my library". It'll lead to a screen where it will say whether you own the game. Now:
- if it says it's in your library, proceed with "I still can't find the product"
- if it's not, proceed with "contact Steam support". Be sure to inclyde the info of the purchase.

do note record of time mistakes played has been seen before, dont think those 2 are related,

but sametime its also been see card drop at whatever game devs think drop rate should be.

most get 1 card within 20 inute other give you all 3 drop asap.

I did buy the bundle. I tried doing that, but i dont see the option for "it's not in my library"...
