1. Free2Play games don't count. Unless you paid to make it a premium license. This is different than the free for a limited time games.
2. Games removed by Valve don't count. https://steam.madjoki.com/apps/banned
3. There are also games that are in the "Learning" phase...

4. And also games with "Profile Features Limited..."

I ALREADY SAID that the games I bought were NOT free2play, they were NOT in the learning phase, and they were NOT in the profile features limited.
So, your reply does not explain why those games did not increase my game number.
Cross reference #2.
I just checked my library one by one all games.
Of all my purchased established games ( so, not counting the profile limited and steam is learning about this game that never increased the count in the first place), ONLY 1 GAME of my list was banned.
So that explains why when I purchased Kopanito it didn't increase my game count, but it DOESN'T explain why when I purchased the latest 5 games, that it didn't increase my count.
Maybe steam support asnwered my plea, because I let them know about my problem beforehand. Or maybe the system updated itself after I removed a free game from my account.
Anyway, the system updated itself and my game count jumped from 75 to 80. (of course, withouth me buying additional games).
That is PROOF, that sometimes the game count sometimes GLITCHES and doesn't register a purchase of well established games.
This is a very important discovery, because it proves that sometimes all the references cSglmc-Hotsauce is talking about are not the explanation of why the profile game count doesn't register purchased games.
More like theirs a delay with new stuff being added. Server backlog, lots of sales.....is the winter sale or something. When you change something it takes time to reflect it. I pay my credit card from my bank. Usual it's done there and then but sometimes it can take a few hours to show as completed.
Some user Perform what is needed to unlimit their accounts but it doesn't show immediately. They have to wait for it to be updated. Quite often this can be quickened by close the client and reloading it.
