Is this Legal and legit or not?

Hi, i just found a website called "opiumpulses" and it offers to get keys for games just by completing the survey and it actually delivers the keys but i am asking if this is legal and accepted by steam or not? they state that the keys is obtained legally on the website but i don't want to have any problems on my account so anyone can help?

Very little is truly free, especially on the internet. As Hotsauce said, you're paying for the free stuff with the information you provide being handed off to other advertisers/"surveys"

I mean, I could get keys from Humble Bundle and give them out as I wish. As far as Steam is concerned, the keys were sourced legitimately and someone is activating them. Now the issue you may run into is whether or not the key gets revoked. At worst you lose access to the game. And that would be something you would need to follow-up with whomever gave you the key.
