You agreed to the refund rules.
"anymore" it has stated that on the refund policy for quite awhile now. Your inability to read is no one's fault but your own.
Exceptions are that, exceptions. Not the rule. Its still YOUR FAULT for not touching a game that you purchased that long ago. Here since you seem to be having trouble with that concept of an exception here's the definition for you, a case to which a rule does not apply
Read what exception means. It makes completely perfect sense as you're BEYOND the stated limitations for the refund policy.
Yes
That is not what Valve says though, that is just what you want. Not much sense in starting a sentence with "Buddy, you DO know that..." and then just ad what you want to be but isn't.
Depends I suppose. How long over 14 days are we talking?
No idea what is going on with Cyber Punk.
Ok, so a question for clarification, how long do you expect them to hold the funds ready for a potential refund? How long before they can safely assume that the money is now actually theirs?
Because the DEVELOPERS made the option available. Maybe do some research before screeching loudly like Karen in the grocery store.
