Animated profile backgrounds on the community market

I would like to know if there is a filter for animated profile backgrounds on the community market or a list of animated backgrounds. My second question is if I can buy mini profile backgrounds and profile frames on the market too.

But I literally bought an animated profile background on the community market (the one I am using right now). Why cant I buy frames and mini profiles? Thats not so ebic.

Well as far as i am aware you can only get them with your points and bu them from the steam point shop

( you can buy backgrounds from events like winter sale etc...) but they are not animated ones its just a normal background

( how ever that would be a cool thing to see on steam )

Why would I lie about it? I bought it for some cents and I CAN trade and sell the background (it's called starry night and it's an animated background, but don't mistake it with the mini profile which I bought from the point shop). you all don't know what you're talking about, here is proof there is animated backgrounds on steam comunity market, "SEGA 60th Background" is animated and it says in the item description, i have it and i confirm it's animated
