I wanted to know if it is possible to get the code back I accidentally ripped the code

As that link says the only option you have is to return to the store you bought got it from if the code is not also on the receipt. If you didn't get or no longer have the receipt you may be out of luck. If it was a holiday gift from a loved one you'll have to first contact them to see if they have the receipt. Either way you have to go back to the store and see if they're able to get the code for you or replace the card with a different one.

If the code is printed on the receipt there's no need to go back to the store it can be read off the receipt and redeemed. That's what that page is saying: if it's on the receipt we still have the code even if the card is damaged.

If the code is printed on the receipt support can not help and you need to go back to the store if it gets say torn or worn off. That is what it's saying.


Regular wallet cards can be handled by support by sending in a photo of it.

There's no need to go back to the store if the code is on the receipt. Just enter the code from the receipt.

Right, and working codes are not what we're discussing here.

Thus, if there's a problem with a code on receipts then you can't ask support but must go back to the store. Broken record.
